Systemic Fixed Price Environmental Solutions

We provide systemic fixed price green and sustainable solutions endorsed by governmental agencies to accommodate project development.

Suitable planning involves inventory, avoidance, and minimization of environmental impacts to expedite regulatory approvals. Once demonstrated that impacts are minimized, designs can be prepared to consolidate solutions. Larger scale solution projects gain regulatory and community support as their environmental benefits have a far greater impact to the community and the government agencies than the sum of smaller disjointed projects. The costs to implement larger solutions are also much less.

These environmental solutions may involve several different types of projects which as a sum provide more sustainable remedy than any singular effort. Collaborative projects may include: Stream restoration, wetland compensation, erosion control, wildlife food plots, habitat rehabilitation, invasive species management, and restoration.

Once conceptual level projects are identified, advocacy groups and regulatory agency consensus are secured. A cost structure is arranged to fix the price as well as our responsibilities for the project’s success. Access and use of the properties for the project (perhaps acquisition) is gained. The regulatory permitting proceeds and advances so as not to interfere with project development.

With the securement of appropriate State and local approvals, the implementation proceeds. This includes not only the solution project construction but also the public relations to continue support. The success of the project is insured to meet its regulatory objectives.

Post construction regulatory and community requirements will continue to be met as required. Examples of such short and/or long term requirements include bonding, maintenance, monitoring, and revegetation. The overall objective for the success of the project is to have the results be sustainable. A long term solution is created to give back more than the short term impacts from the project.

Finally, the long term solutions we propose seek responsible disposition of these projects. We work with conservation and advocacy groups to secure long term commitments to continue the environmental progress made through these efforts.
